Kam has worked in lending since 2009, and in 2023 he founded Lendi Financial to give Kiwis what he saw most borrowers missing: a real choice. Instead of one bank's answer, his clients get options from more than 28 financial providers, and a loan structured around their life, not the lender's checklist. He works with first-home buyers, investors, families refinancing and self-employed borrowers, and he's at his best when a bank has already said no. Knowing which lender will say yes, and how to present a case so it gets there, is where his experience counts most. Kam's approach is simple: explain everything in plain language, be upfront about costs, and stay in touch long after settlement, with rate reviews, refixing and restructuring as life changes. Outside work, Kam is a dad, a serious coffee lover and happiest outdoors.
