Financial Advice Provider Disclosure Statement Last updated: 3 August 2026 This disclosure provides important information about Lendi Financial Limited and the financial advice services we provide. It is intended to help you make an informed decision about whether to seek and receive financial advice from us. 1. Licensing and contact information Lendi Financial Limited (Lendi) holds a Financial Advice Provider licence issued by the Financial Markets Authority. Lendi Financial LimitedFinancial Service Provider number: FSP1006898Address: 2B Kororo Street, Northcote, Auckland 0627Phone: 020 444 7770Email: kam.azami@lendi.nzWebsite: lendi.co.nz Financial advice is provided by financial advisers engaged by Lendi and operating under Lendi's Financial Advice Provider licence. The adviser responsible for your advice will be identified to you before advice is provided. Kam AzamiFinancial AdviserFinancial Service Provider number: FSP1006435 Individual financial advisers are registered financial service providers; Lendi Financial Limited is the licensed Financial Advice Provider. 2. Nature and scope of our advice Lendi provides regulated financial advice in the following areas, subject to the accreditation and competence of the adviser providing the advice: Residential and property lending This may include: first-home lending; refinancing and fixed-rate reviews; owner-occupied and residential investment-property lending; construction and renovation lending; bridging finance; home-loan top-ups; debt consolidation through mortgage restructuring; development lending; and commercial property lending where it is within the adviser's accreditation. Business and commercial lending This may include commercial-property lending, business expansion, working-capital finance, and asset or equipment finance where it is within the relevant adviser's accreditation. KiwiSaver Our KiwiSaver advice may include: choosing a KiwiSaver provider and fund; risk profiling; contribution levels; transferring between KiwiSaver providers; switching funds within a KiwiSaver scheme; and information and advice relating to a first-home withdrawal. KiwiSaver advice is limited to the providers with which Lendi and the relevant adviser hold current accreditation. We will identify the KiwiSaver providers within the scope of our advice before providing a recommendation. Providers may include Fisher Funds, Booster, Generate, Milford and NZ Funds, subject to current accreditation. 3. Limitations on our advice Our recommendations are limited to the lenders and KiwiSaver providers with which Lendi and the relevant adviser hold accreditation. We do not compare every lender, KiwiSaver scheme or financial product available in New Zealand. Unless we expressly confirm otherwise in writing, the following are outside the scope of Lendi's regulated financial advice: personal or short-term lending that is not part of an agreed business or mortgage-lending engagement; standalone asset finance outside the relevant adviser's accreditation; insurance advice; investment advice other than the KiwiSaver advice described above; shares, bonds, managed funds outside KiwiSaver, investment planning or retirement planning; legal advice; and tax or accounting advice. Where appropriate, we may refer you to an independent financial adviser or other specialist. Any referral does not mean that the specialist's advice is provided by Lendi. We will disclose any material referral payment or other conflict connected with the referral. The specific nature and scope of the advice we agree to provide to you, including any limitations, will be confirmed as part of our advice process. 4. How we provide advice Our process generally includes: understanding and agreeing the nature and scope of the advice; gathering relevant information about your needs, goals and circumstances; researching and assessing suitable options from our accredited provider panel; explaining our recommendation, including relevant benefits, risks, costs and limitations; assisting with an application or implementation where you choose to proceed; and managing the application through to approval and settlement or implementation. Any lender or product-provider approval is subject to that provider's criteria and final decision. We cannot guarantee that an application will be approved or that a particular rate, cashback, return or other outcome will be available. We may contact you about future mortgage or KiwiSaver reviews. Unless we expressly agree to an ongoing advice or monitoring service in writing, we do not continuously monitor your circumstances, lending, KiwiSaver fund, financial markets or product-provider changes. You should contact us if your circumstances or goals change. 5. Information you provide Our advice depends on the information available to us. You are responsible for providing complete, accurate and timely information and for telling us about any material change that could affect our advice or a provider's decision. If information is incomplete, inaccurate or withheld, our advice may not be suitable and a lender or product provider may decline, withdraw or change its decision. You remain responsible for deciding whether to accept and act on our advice. 6. Fees and costs Standard main-bank home loans Lendi does not normally charge a standard advice fee for main-bank home-loan advice because we are usually paid commission by the lender. Specialty or complex applications For non-mainstream lenders or applications involving complex circumstances, including adverse credit or specialist structuring, an advice and application fee of $250 plus GST per hour may apply. Before any chargeable work begins, we will provide a written estimate setting out the expected work, estimated hours, estimated total fee, when the fee will be payable, and any other relevant payment terms. The fee applies only where it has been disclosed and agreed in writing. Broker-duplication fee If Lendi has undertaken advice work and submitted a loan application, and you subsequently instruct another adviser to duplicate or substantially repeat the same application, Lendi may charge a one-off broker-duplication fee of $500 inclusive of GST. This fee applies only where it was clearly disclosed and agreed in writing before Lendi submitted the application. The written agreement will state the circumstances in which the fee is payable and the payment date. Lender commission clawback A lender may require Lendi to repay some or all commission if a loan is repaid, refinanced, restructured, materially reduced or transferred within the lender's commission-clawback period, which may extend to 28 months after drawdown. Where this happens because of a client-initiated change, Lendi may charge a fee equal to the commission actually clawed back, capped at $3,000, but only where the possible fee and its basis were disclosed and agreed in writing before the relevant service was provided. The applicable client agreement will explain when the fee is payable and any circumstances in which it will not be charged. Please contact us before making an early change to lending so we can explain any potential consequences. This does not prevent you from changing lender, repaying or restructuring your lending. No client fee described above will be charged unless its basis and payment terms have been disclosed and agreed in writing. 7. Commissions and other incentives Lendi usually receives commission from a lender or KiwiSaver provider when a client implements advice through us. Lending commission A lender may pay: an upfront commission calculated as a percentage of the lending settled; an ongoing or trail commission calculated as a percentage of the outstanding lending; and/or a fixed payment for a fixed-rate review or refix. Commission rates and payment structures differ between providers and may change. We will disclose the relevant commission amount or method of calculation when it is known and before you act on our advice.
Banks and lenders we use:This table covers selected main-bank lenders only. Other banks and non-bank lenders may have different commission arrangements. We will disclose the relevant commission for the lender we recommend before you act on our advice.
